Obstretic case (Adrenal cyst)
•Both kidneys were normal in appearance. There was a anechoic cyst superior to left kidney, suspected arising from the left adrenal gland. Cyst internally contained a thin septum. The cyst measured 1.34cmX1.34cm.
•Differential diagnosis: Left renal cyst
A cyst noted adjacent to the fetal stomach in transverse view.
Normal gallbladder in the fetus.
The cyst was superior to the left kidney at the stomach level.
Normal left and right kidneys. The cyst (1.34cm x 1.34cm) was located superior to the left kidney.
Normal appearance left adrenal gland lie middle to the cyst.
Normal left adrenal artery supplied blood to the left adrenal gland.
