Physiotherapy is a form of medical care that aims to identify and ensure patients maximise their quality of life and movement potential by providing services encompassing the maintenance, development or restoration of mobility and functional capacity throughout their lives.

The Diploma in Physiotherapy aims to produce proficient graduates who are scientifically proven and are able to cope with the demands of the profession. Adopting an integrated approach involving theoretical, practical and clinical components, our graduates will be prepared with all the core competencies, knowledge and soft skills that will enable to practice and communicate effectively in any clinical setting.

Entry Requirement
  • Pass in SPM / SPMV / UEC or equivalent with at least 5 credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, 1 science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science/Health Science) and 1 other subject; or
  • GSE/O-level or equivalent with a grade 5C in English, Mathematics, 1 science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science/Health Science) and 2 other subjects; or
  • Qualification relevant to Health Science with at least a minimum CGPA 2.75.
  • Other equivalent qualifications.
